Hi, I’m Brittany.
I am an integrative nutrition health coach, INHC, who has a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through a personalized and holistic approach. I combine my knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management and hormone support to empower individuals to reach their personal health goals. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your energy, or enhance your overall wellness, I will guide you to success.
Growing up in a household where non-mainstream health was the standard, I felt a calling to join the health & wellness field. After having my own children, I realized how reactionary the healthcare system is, and it is now my mission to educate and help as many people and families that I can. I was a DI All-American lacrosse player at the University of Virginia, and I earned my certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City.

I take a personalized approach to health - focusing on whole foods, sustainable habits and a deep understanding of what your body needs. We are all unique and there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution. My goal is to help you tune into what works for you so you can build habits that make you feel good and create lasting change.
